As with any program of this type, no garanteed results can be given, projected or anticipated.
We do not claim this to be a program that will make you rich quick or even make you a large sum of money. This greatly depends on the effort expended on your end and is out of our control. We will provide the services stated in our sign contractual agreement to the best of our ability and assist in the growth and success of each and every individual State web ring, but can not be held liable for poor success rates.
We do retain the copyright, trademark, name sake and use of all logo's, media products or other identifying items, that partain to The
Hunting Trail, The Hunting Trail Network, Recreational Outdoors Marketing Group and it's associated web sites.
Right to use these in the promotion of your service is granted under the conditional details of our contract and may be revoked if used in a manner not supportive, or otherwise damaging to our services without refund or compensation for unused services you may have paid for.
Each web site owner is responsible and legally acountable for the content on their respective site.
The Hunting Trail, nor it's affiliates can be held responsible for actions of one individual site and will monitor these sites to ensure a high standard is upheld at all times. Sites not conforming to set community stardards we be notified to make the changes need to bring their site up to standard. Site owners not complying with these standards are subject to have access to their respective site revoked and/or refused and the content contained within removed.
At no time will any State Representative promote the Hunting Trail system in a negative manner. Doing so will result in the
immediate removal of their status in the programs, (without compensation for unused time paid for), and possible legal action against them. Failure to met the requirements set forth for the program may
also result in removal of site and owner from our program.
We retain all rights to the scripting used in the hosting of this ring system and at no time grant any associate access, rights or
ownership of this scripting or other scripting used within our programs. These remain the sole property of The Hunting Trail Network at all times.
Disputes against this program will be governed by the State laws of Utah, in which this program originates from or other applicable
federal laws and dealt with in the Utah judicial system.
This disclaimer may be modified at anytime without notification at the discression of our staff or to conform with any laws in which
our program may be found in violation of.
